We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to send you your order.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, delivery address, email and phone number (collected by Stripe at checkout).
• When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.
• Favourites: the ♥ feature stores your choices only on your own device (local storage); we never see it.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, send tracking and order updates, handle Live Arrival Guarantee claims, and answer your questions. Your name, address and phone number are shared with our courier for delivery. We never sell your data or send marketing you didn't ask for.

Who processes it

• Stripe: payments (stripe.com/gb/privacy).
• Our courier: delivery only.
• Cloudflare: hosts this website and may log basic technical data such as IP addresses for security.
• Google Workspace: our email.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe's checkout page sets cookies needed for secure payment and fraud prevention.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes, then deleted. Emails are deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Email hello@kernowisopods.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
