These terms apply to every order placed through kernowisopods.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

Kernow Isopods is a small, independent breeder based in Truro, Cornwall, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@kernowisopods.com.

Orders and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Payment is taken securely by Stripe at checkout; we never see or store your card details. A contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you've paid, we'll offer an alternative or a full refund.

The animals

All animals are captive bred. Photos show our own colonies and are representative: colour and pattern vary naturally between individuals and with age. Pack sizes refer to the number of animals and are of mixed sizes and sexes unless stated. We can't guarantee the sex of any animal or that a culture will breed.

Age and responsible keeping

Buyers must be 18 or over, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. Please research the needs of any species before you buy. Our care notes are guidance only. Never release any isopod or millipede into the wild.

Delivery

See our Shipping & Live Arrival Guarantee page. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and we're not responsible for courier delays, though our guarantee still applies.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it. This doesn't limit any liability that can't be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
