How to keep Daxin Tricolour isopods
- Keep a reliable moisture gradient: one damp mossy end, one drier end.
- Good cross-ventilation matters; avoid stuffy, wet tubs.
- Leaf litter, rotting hardwood and a weekly pinch of protein keep colonies breeding.
- Feed leaf litter and decaying hardwood as a staple, with cuttlebone for calcium and a small pinch of protein (fish flakes or dried shrimp) once a week.
- Use a tub with small vents and deep organic substrate (topsoil, coco fibre, leaf litter), with cork bark for hides.
